The new ESCL Essay Prize
After a decade of operating the Masters Thesis Prize, the ESCL General Assembly commissioned a review of the competition by the Society’s Board with two main objectives:
A Thesis Prize Review Committee was appointed and the new ESCL Essay Prize proposal is the result of its work.
The ESCL invites students, young professionals, practitioners and academics to send in their essay concerning construction law.
The maximum length of an entry is 5000 words, excluding references and footnotes/ endnotes. Each entry must include an accurate word-count.
Entries will only be accepted in English.
The first price will be awarded with € 2,500.00 and the second prize will be awarded with € 1,000.00.
The essay must be submitted within the period 1 January to 1 July 2022, arriving before 17:00 on 1 July 2022.
