Prof. Avv. Alessandro SCARSO

Born February 24th, 1970. Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and Degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Postgraduate studies at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, Heidelberg University. He is a practicing lawyer of the Bar of Milan, and a certified public accountant and auditor in the Registry held by the Italian Ministry of Justice.

Associate Professor of Civil Law. He has been associate professor of Civil Law and of Family Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Parma. He teaches Contract Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University of Parma, the University of Pavia and Bocconi University. He has taught a variety of courses in English and Italian at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. He is a member of the editorial board of Responsabilità civile e Previdenza.
